This class is great for beginners or anyone who would like to start again with their yoga practice or for anyone who would like a bit slower paced class then the Yoga Strong Class.
This is a vinyasa style class which means we will be flowing through the class using our breathe as our guide. You may work as hard or as relaxed as you like. Modifications are always ok in any of my classes. We will use props to help aid through the class so that we find ease and strength throughout the hour class.
