This class is great for those that are already very active or have practiced yoga before.
This is a vinyasa style class which means we will be flowing through the class using our breathe as our guide. You may work as hard or as relaxed as you like. Modifications are always ok in any of my classes.
We will be holding poses, practicing our planks and exploring arm balances plus if you are up to it an occasional headstand thrown in there. I love for my classes to be fun and encouraging but there is never any competition to do a pose that is not available to my students.
